Grace River City Church's Children's Educational Bimonthly Event (CEBE) is a program for parents and kids to come together to be taught the things of God in community. This initially started as a program for homeschooling kids to meet other homeschooling kids and to be taught by other teachers. It later transitioned to become a community ministry because of its success in the parent-child dynamics. Children's ministries often isolate the kids away from everyone else in the church, removing the older generation's interactions that influence a child's upbringing. Therefore, CEBE allows the opportunity for parents and youth/young adults to be a part of a child's biblical education, at the same time, builds a safe community for kids to grow up together.
